Description

Decoiler：

This feeding device is used for feeding coiled steel strips in pipeline production equipment. It features automatic tension control and active follow-up functions.

 

Laser welding bench：

The welding station includes a steel strip cleaning and positioning component, a steel strip guide and rolling feeding component, a welding chamber protection component, a welding gun adjustment component, and a pressure roller rounding component, which work together with a high-performance laser welding machine to achieve high-quality welding.

 

Caterpillar：

The traction frame is made of square tube welding and a 20mm thickened base plate. The hyperboloid power unit is paired with a tracked traction mechanism for non-destructive material feeding.

 

Cutting device：

The fully automatic tube cutting machine uses a meter counter and a non-damaging pipe clamping fixture to cut pipes precisely, safely and efficiently.
